Online Bill Pay Update – Temporary System Change

We are currently in the process of transitioning our billing system to GWorks. However, while that transition is being finalized, we have temporarily switched back to the UBMAX online payment portal.

If this is your first time using UBMAX, you will need to create a new account.

Please note: AutoPay is still in the process of being finalized. We are currently waiting on final approval from our bank. We will notify customers as soon as AutoPay becomes fully available.

We’ve completed everything required on our end and are currently waiting for the remaining systems to be finalized. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Please note: ACH Auto Draft is set up directly through our office using a paper form and is separate from the online AutoPay option through GWorks. ACH is ideal for customers who prefer a hands-off, bank-to-bank draft without using an online portal.
